- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible! I met up with a Mr. Ricks a couple of months ago to ask for assistance with starting to establish credit to be able to qualify for a home loan. (My wife and I will be first time home buyers). He assured me when I get my tax return to notify him and he would be able to let me know where I stand with my credit score, what to do next... This man NEVER once returned any of my calls, I still don't know if he ever pulled my credit or what he did with the information I provided him! Very unprofessional and I will NEVER again go through him or this company. Save your time people, go somewhere else!
